First, Colombian officials are working for a peaceful of the hijacking of a small commercial plane. The plane's on the ground in the capital Bogota with about 30 people on board. It flew there after being at a small air field in San Vicente del Caguan which is in rebel controlled territory. One believed to be from the Red Cross is on the aircraft. 3 passengers have been released since it arrived in Bogota.
